Louis’s musical journey began in Perth, where he developed a passion for music at a young age and quickly gained attention as a self-taught piano prodigy. He first captured national attention after a viral performance on the Fremantle public piano at the age of nine led to an appearance on Little Big Shots Australia. Over the years he has received several accolades, including winning two gold medals while representing Australia at the World Championship of Performing Arts in Los Angeles. Nearly a decade after his first national television appearance, Louis was invited to appear in the second season of The Piano on the ABC, hosted by Amanda Keller and mentored by Guy Sebastian and Andrea Lam—another exciting milestone in his growing presence as a rising artist. He is currently studying at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, where he is mentored by renowned Perth pianists Tom O’Halloran, Tal Cohen, Harry Mitchell, Russell Holmes and others.

His performances consistently earn outstanding praise, including a five-star review from Fringefeed: “Louis is a ridiculous talent; they have not yet created words to describe how mind-blowingly great he is. Belting out keyboard riffs and switching it up to acoustic and electric slide guitar, his passion for music screams out on every single note.”
